The lovely lady who owns the store (her name escapes me at the moment) immediately remembered my dad just by description and knew what I was looking for. When there weren’t any cat earrings, she made a couple pendants into earrings on the spot. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience.
