Kevin Chant Vince has been mentioned in these reviews a few times already, so I wasnt at all surprised when the very friendly and approachable sales agent that had been helping us try on a number of pieces handed me his card and introduced himself. The pieces themselves were gorgeous and luckily had options to keep the pricing more manageable (e.g. sterling silver instead of white gold), but what impressed me the most was how helpful Vince was in finding the right look and fit for me. I was a bit worried that by going in wed get upsold or pressured to make a purchase, but Vince was actually the one to suggest we sleep on it after our browsing. He made sure we knew he was available to help if we wanted, but I didnt feel any pressure to make a quick decision. All in all, Im super happy with what we picked out and grateful to have had Vinces help and suggestions to figure it out!

They assigned a representative that works with you through the entire process. She was so professional and her communication was exceptional - she kept me updated at every point that my ring was being created. Katelyn Hill I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they werent quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I dont really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.

R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again
