She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and found the perfect piece. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and attentive, Berenice is a real gem! Kimberli Coons Great customer service and super fast turn around. I was a little worried ordering through the mail but it was much better than I could have expected! I did mess up on my first mold and just went to the local jewelry shop and paid them $60 to make a mold instead of keep trying, it was definitely worth it.

We were getting a ring resized (yes they have all the equipment needed to do this) but that was just the beginning of the full array of services they offer.
