5 /5 Jake Davidson: My partner and I came in early last year to make custom rings from Castro Smith. Everyone in the store was amazing in helping us out, and even brought in special ring sizers to insure they would fit properly. Amazing customer service!

1 /5 Romy Zack: Although I would like to agree with the other reviews, my experience with this store has been disappointing. I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings for my grandmothers birthday from August. Im located in Canada and the store only offers very costly direct shipping. I learned that the shipment would be late due to an error; however, the store refused to offer any kind of consideration on the direct shipping. Their customer service was curt and unhelpful. In addition to the delay the store failed to inform me that there would be duties and taxes on my package causing further delay. After checking with the carrier I was informed that the store is aware of the the duties and taxes but failed to inform me. Overall, their disorganization and lack of professionalism means I will not return to this store.
