Tyler Krause Recently went to the show room in Walnut Creek to look at designs for engagement rings. Our appointment was with Lauren Craig and I could not have been more impressed. She was very helpful in teaching us about the different characteristics of diamonds. If I could give more stars I would. She was very professional and reached out to me privately about picking a specific ring and made the process a lot less stressful than I originally thought. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brad Weber can make your wildest ring dreams come true, while also taking care of all of your other jewelry needs... I popped by today to pick up my Cartier bracelet that I thought I damaged, and it looks brand-new. Would highly recommend!!

Case Mods I went in to have a ring soldered after I resized it myself (it was free and a few places didnt want to resize it for whatever reason) The woman at the counter was very friendly. They said they would clean it, solder it and reset the diamond since it was loose. When I got it back, it looked like a new ring! I have never seen it so clean. They even trimmed the area that was soldered (one side was thicker than the other) They do good work and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Flora Chu I want to give a big thank you to Larry at Bay Jewelers for his kind and professional help fixing my daughter’s necklace. The necklace is a special one and we were worried it might not be repairable—but Larry handled it with such care and precision. He explained the issue clearly, and had it fixed beautifully and quickly. My daughter was thrilled to have it back in perfect condition! It’s rare to find this level of personal service these days. Renee Louis I came here to get my engagement ring resized and he was able to get me out the door in 15 minutes max! He was patient enough to let me test out different sizes before polishing my ring for free. Would definitely come here again.

Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.
