5 /5 Can: Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

1 /5 Tahtahmes Diary: DONT SHOP HERE! I hate leaving bad reviews and love leaving good ones, so Im really not happy about this experience. This shop looked pretty, so I bought around 7 pairs of flatback earrings here all from the same section in the back left of the store. Some were "gold" looking others more "silver" in appearance -- again all from the same small section. I put them in my ears and 1 in my nose. Within ONE week, all of the "silver" colored ones literally were turning green. I tried cleaning every day, nothing could stop them. Even my husband noticed. I knew there were no refunds, but went in for an explanation. I asked where did I go wrong? The lady at the front desk had zero answers, she couldnt tell me if they were made of different metals or what was the difference, she insisted they were all the same. She even implied it was my skin that did it, but then why did 3 of them not change at all then? A total waste of $70 or so, these were literally unwearable within a fortnite, Im too grown for green skin. The employee couldnt offer advice or even a coupon/discount to try again. Never buying here again, I suggest you dont start. Its a shame, the earrings were very cute and I would have been a repeat customer if this hadnt happened or if she had even had a semblance of a solution for me. Im sure its not her fault, I blame the company. EDIT: And note the complete non answer in their response below. Some of their responses to people arent even relevant to what was said -- talking about a piercing when someone had a broken necklace? Come on!

5 /5 Alex N.: Got 3 pairs of earrings for $25. Im not expecting a lot. Its very much similar to Spencers quality of earrings just handling them. Ill report back in a week. And A LOT of places dont take returns on earrings or other piercings. The staff were friendly and attempted to help me find what I was looking for.

1 /5 Jamie Graham: The necklace we bought for my son just broke after trying once. I had receipt but the store refused to refund or exchange since we didn’t have the tag? I would be careful buying from here.
