Joe Flack We have had great experiences at this Kays location over the past several years—and recently, thanks to Ashley and Adam. For example, Ashley went above and beyond the norms for customer service. She worked hard to do all she could (w/in the companys limits) to ensure our work order—for my wifes engagement ring and wedding band combo—was completed on time. She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.

Todd F. White If you’re looking for someone to size a watch check out this place. They’re not the cheapest, however, when other’s have struggled to size certain watches I have purchased (particularly those made in China) the staff here at Fast Fix do it with ease. Be sure to ask for Roberto. He’s my go to person.

Alannah Williams-Oliver The staff at Mark Allen is incredible! Everyone was so knowledgeable and patient with us while we figured out which rings we wanted. My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! Kylie Bittle The most beautiful store in Solvang — hands down! Think Anthropologie with more charisma. The owners are so welcoming, kind, and you can feel their love for their business when you walk through the doors. The jewelry is well curated, timeless, and unique. The giftables are equally amazing featuring things like robes, glasses, candles, and so much more. They also do permanent bracelets too. As seen in the picture attached. Mine has been on for months with no damage or wear whatsoever. A MUST see in Solvang.

Anne Carr Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift immediately.

Z. Bluegrass Exactly what a fine jewelry store should be. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was genuinely friendly. We went in to look at having my Fiancés engagement ring sized, they offered a great price and were even able to expedite it since we were on vacation (it came out perfect). Looking around this quaint gem of a store also led me find a stunning 18k gold and silver wedding band for myself that was made in house with amazing, subtle, masculine style and stunning craftsmanship (a factor which is just not that common anymore). On top of that, the price was impossible to beat even when comparing online to rings of lesser quality and purity. Thank you for the heirloom. ZB

Nicole Robledo Montoya is amazing to work with! We came to them with an idea and they helped us design a beautiful set of wedding bands, even fitting it perfectly with the engagement ring. A couple of months before the wedding, the center stone chipped in the engagement ring, and Montoya worked with us and our insurance to find a replacement and get it set in time. The new stone is so perfect, and our rings turned out even better than we imagined. We’re so grateful for Montoya’s expertise and care— So grateful to have found an amazing jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

Jennifer Sabella My friend and I took a pendant making class where we designed pendants made up of our initials and then cut them out ourselves. Our instructor Nohline was terrific. I’m a total beginner and found her to be nice, friendly and super patient with me as I literally had never done anything like this before. Because it was a small group setting we got a lot of 1:1 attention which I appreciated (again, beginner here), and also a lot of help in thinking through our designs and how best to go about bringing them to life. It was a long class, but the time really flies while you work through the process of cutting out your shape, smoothing and polishing it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small group setting, individual attention, and a fun and friendly environment to do something creative!
