Erica Collins I called Arie so I can get my 18yo son a grill in time for his senior ball. She was able to meet a tight timeline. Arie was so informative, professional, friendly, timely, communicative, and the craftsmanship is on point!! Heather Huskey I meant to post a review sooner but life has been busy with a wedding, and a small honeymoon. We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.
