Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! Lisa Sigler I found Jennifer on Instagram and fell in love with her designs. I decided to have her repurpose my 38 year old wedding ring set. We worked on designs long distance. I sent her my old jewelry and she sent me back the most gorgeous, modern rings. The packaging she sent them in was stunning. I am madly in love with my new rings which hold sentimental value as well. Jennifer is delightful to work with and an amazing creative force of nature. Her artistry is so unique.

She took her time to really make sure they were spaced correctly and evenly which was my biggest fear. The whole process was quick and almost painless. The selections were great too. Found exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Lovisa and Kat to anyone.

Hang Nguyen I went here with my mother and we were greeted promptly. All the sales people were friendly and courteous. They gave my mother a really good price and also took links out of a bracelet. Prices are reasonable. The service here is much better than the jewelry stores at the Asian mall. This is a bigger store and not crowded. They also have plenty of parking there. I would recommend shopping at this location than the ones in the Asian mall.
