Christopher Garcia Eatherly Went in for a watch that I ordered online, met Joey was so helpful, attentive and very friendly. His watch knowledge is insane I’m sure it is for jewelry as well. I had a great experience with picking up my online order from him that I ended up ordering another Tag Heuer through him. From now on I will go straight to Joey for all my watch orders and needs. Such a great experience. Great guy and patient! The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Pleased with the store overall and Joey especially! Can’t wait to order my next timepiece! Thanks again!

I don’t live here I drive 4hrs every time but it’s so worth it, they always help me find what Im looking for… mind you sometimes I like things that need to be adjusted and they always go above and beyond to get it to me the same day , in a couple hours sometimes less ..literally in no time which definitely works for me since I’m traveling long ways and I usually stop here right as I’m heading back home .. definitely recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed

I would encourage anybody who has something to pawn or sell to go to best jewelry and loan. And for all you people that just complain and leave bad reviews because you didnt get the amount of money you wanted or they werent interested in buying what you had to sell, just get over it and stop throwing that damn racial card out there for every time you dont get your way!! Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly!
