Customer Service I LOVE THIS STORE! From my permanent bracelet and anklet (Marisa puts it on herself and you can customize your adornment), to my subtle turquoise studs and even the glassware that I use everyday...this place is the go-to. Marisa is a talented artist who makes not just beautiful and creative jewelry but in addition to that, shes curated her store with other talented jewelers, fashion designers and homewares. The staff there is always helpful, especially Claire! You can go in and say what youre looking for in general and she will give you many options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this store!

Jacqueline Sanchez Im thrilled I chose this jewelry store to repair my engagement ring! A local Facebook group recommended them, and the 30-minute drive was well worth it. Cheri was welcoming, sweet and funny. She explained the repair process clearly. She assured me that Lance, the owner and sole repair specialist, would take good care of my ring. And he did! Lance worked his magic to make my ring look like new again. I noticed some reviews mentioned same-day service, but my ring took 2-3 weeks. Maybe I visited during a busy time or my ring needed extra TLC, but the wait was well worth it. 10/10

One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get.
