Geoff pays the largest percentage of the market value out of all the other Gold buyers in Santa Barbara. You know he is honest when he is willing to weigh and calculate the amount of money he is willing to pay, right in front of you. Most other places like to take your gold to the back and do all of their weighing and testing where you cant even see what theyre doing. Some places have a policy not to tell you what percentage of the market price they pay for gold. Honesty is always the best policy when it comes to business. Ive done my research, tried other gold buyers in SB and I will always take my business to Santa Barbara Precious Metals.

From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Pooja Joshi Yoli is the best and so wonderful to work with. My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!

Jonathan Lin Can’t begin to describe how great this place is. Dave is a wonderful salesman, was extremely patient when showing us all the different options for our wedding bands. Whenever I had a question, Dave answered them quickly and thoroughly through text and phone call. The service is top notch compared to some of the bigger brands, who you have to deal with customer service representatives. When we put our deposit for the wedding bands down, we got the CAD almost 1 day later. On top of this, Dave’s expertise led to great recommendations and a beautiful wedding band for my wife. The lab grown diamonds on the ring are amazing and an extremely good deal for what other brands were offering. We got a nice 9 diamonds 3.5 mm band for less than a couple grand. It is definitely made well and we love it. I highly recommend this place, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they can also custom order and make CADs to give you a preview I will be coming back here for a gift for my wife 10000%
