I was disappointed as they felt very impersonal and found myself standing in lines like a “cattle call.” Then, I came across the big Robbins Brothers sign, shining like the golden arches! Mary immediately greeted me as I entered, exchanged pleasantries, was offered refreshments, and she took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Mary was very knowledgeable and invested, talking me through the process from picking a diamond to the finished product. I was even able to work with Mary and Tien, a ring designer in creating a custom-made ring! This was by far THE BEST experience I could have asked for when buying such a life-changing piece of jewelry. I went in with some pictures of rings that I knew my fiancée liked, and they took the time to go through all the cases to help find me the perfect ring! I was pretty nervous going in because I really didnt know a lot about what I needed but they are super friendly and patient and I couldnt be more appreciative of all their help!
