From the moment I met him, it felt as though I was reconnecting with an old friend. Sam and his team were incredibly warm, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. Years ago, I cracked the 2 carat center diamond in my wedding ring and unfortunately had to shave off 1/4 carat. I attempted to redesign the ring 3 separate times (with 3 different jewelers) but was never fully satisfied with the results. Therefore, I rarely wore my wedding ring—and I truly missed having one that felt special to me. After a friend recommended Sam from Modern Jewelers, I decided to give it one last try. I’m so glad I did! Sam took the time to understand my vision, offered his expert advice, and worked very closely with his Master Jeweler to create a stunning design. The final piece exceeded my expectations in every way—elegant, meaningful, and a wedding ring I am genuinely proud to wear again. Charlotte Gaines I absolutely loved the sea glass creations! The lady was so gracious and worked with me to create my choice into a beautiful necklace! I loved that each piece has a story which she shared. My choices came from Spain. I loved knowing the origin of where it was found! Walking with a walker into a shop filled with fragile items can be daunting but she was very kind and helpful and did not make me feel out of place. I will definitely be back!

Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
