Donna Hall One of my favorite shops in Oakland! I live in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood and pop into Philippa Roberts fairly often just to admire all the lovely things inside and always find many things to put on my wish list. :) Recently, I needed to purchase 2 birthday gifts and headed straight to Philippa Roberts. Of course, I found the perfect gifts! The staff is really helpful and nice. Definitely recommend! SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!

Sureni Hamernick Finding Flamingo Permanent Jewelry was a life saver. I always forget to put on Jewelry before I leave and this solved my problem. Jackeline is AMAZING!!! and takes really good care of you. Super Profesional and has a good selection to choose from. This is my 3rd time back and it wont be my last. Highly recommend!!!!

Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. We were in and in out the mall within 20 minutes! Will be coming back again! Thank you Ariana!

Jasmine Waite ALANA is amazing at her job point blank period. She saw me looking slightly lost in the silver store and complimented my gold jewelry, then asked if I have been to their golden store next door… I didn’t even know this store was there! So when I popped over she happened to be at the counter and was so patient as she helped me try on dozens of rings for the perfect fit. I love it and I will be back!! ❤️❤️

Theresa Clare Best Jewelry Store in San Diego! The jewelery is unique and some of the finest quality Ive seen. Their services are also wonderful and thorough. I recently got my engagement ring repaired and asked them to have it done within a week and they were very obliging and eager! They got it done right on time and the work was beautiful.
