Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry is my personal jeweler because when I was looking for an old-school Figaro chain in 18K, he was able to get me one in a few days at an incredible price. Usually I dont like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.

adriana trenado Love going to JC Penny and the little playground in the coddingtown mall located in front of JCPenny. They have the cleanest and most organized spots. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing. I always come here to JCPenny with my mom or on my own to buy clothes for my child. She loves it here. Thankyou I’m very appreciative.

I have acquired a beautiful collection over the years and they are the only place I would consider spending significant amounts of money on jewelry because I trust them implicitly. When my fiancé, now husband, and I became engaged in 2004 we came to Carmel to select a ring. When it was ready we arrived at the boutique to find that Alex and Peter had called my grandmother (who lived in Pebble Beach and was also a customer) and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. He kept it for a couple of days and I came back to a perfectly attached ring and it was cleaned and polished. I was nervous to leave my ring but it was kept perfectly and safe and in better shape than I left it. Very reasonably priced, professional, quality work and happy to support a local business.

Leah B As a long time local, I’ve been shopping at the store for years. It’s an amazing family owned business with the most wonderful service and the quirkiest, awesome selection of merchandise. My young adult/teenage kids and their friends have stopped in there and shopped many many times, the owners are always wonderful and engaging with them. Having been part of a family owned business, I know how hard it can be to run a business in this corporate world. In a society where we can make or break somebody with a good or bad review. I think people should have better communication in our community before going after a business owner. Support our local businesses, and understand that situations are not always as clearcut as you may think. I will be recommending, as I always have that anybody should shop here for the most unique gifts, fun items for your home and awesome clothes!! But of course always be kind, and teach our children the same ✌️
