Pooja Joshi Yoli is the best and so wonderful to work with. My fiance first met Yoli when she assisted in designing my engagement ring- She was patient and respectful of all of our decisions, while simultaneously giving us the best advice (without trying to upsell). She then helped us design our wedding bands. She put in so much detail and care, making sure everything was perfect before we took it home. Cannot recommend her enough and cant wait to go back and get my future jewelry from her too!

Anya Miller Cresalia Jewlers is a wonderful family-run business with a white-glove approach to customer service. I found them years ago by chance and have been returning since with nothing but the best experiences. Tom I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. Christofer Berruz Chungata I worked with Paul to purchase a loose diamond and have it set on an engagement ring. Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!
