Amy Haines We have visited Given Gold, Dan and staff, numerous times. We have had only amazing experiences working with Dan. He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. I cant stop staring at this shiny beauty! I also had to get my ring sized, (which I was very sad to have to give up my ring for) but they got it back on my hand extremely quickly and even shinier than before. It fits perfectly now. She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. The result is something meaningful not just to me, but to my mother and daughter as well. They truly care about their customers and put genuine heart into their work. This was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for custom, personal jewelry. Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.
