Professional, showed up on time, communicative, organized, she even took great photos/videos of the event and made sure to tag us on IG. As a customer: I got an ankle bracelet and she had a great selection of chains. Again, she was very professional, had all the supplies she needed, checked her work after she was finished, and I love my new jewelry. 10/10 I highly recommend.

My watch strap was very loose and there was a problem with it. He does his magic and now it works again! Very happy with it. Will definitely come back!

Nicole Robledo Montoya is amazing to work with! We came to them with an idea and they helped us design a beautiful set of wedding bands, even fitting it perfectly with the engagement ring. A couple of months before the wedding, the center stone chipped in the engagement ring, and Montoya worked with us and our insurance to find a replacement and get it set in time. The new stone is so perfect, and our rings turned out even better than we imagined. We’re so grateful for Montoya’s expertise and care— So grateful to have found an amazing jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

Hector Marin After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!

Trevor & Chelsea Scott We were traveling to San Jose and brought my daughter and her friend to the Kendra Scott store and had the absolute best experience! The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends. We will be back as this is a location that we travel to often.
