2 /5 Anna Le: We were excited for our appointment at Love Weld but were disappointed with how poorly the scheduling was handled. Our group of four arrived 30 minutes early for our 11:30 AM appointment to be considerate, but by 12:11 PM, the previous appointment was still going with no update, apology, or consideration for the fact that we were now running late.
With another appointment scheduled at 2 PM, we were concerned about the delay, especially since another welder wasn’t arriving until 1 PM. If you’re running an appointment-based business, timing and staffing should be planned accordingly. Our group was prepared to spend over $800, and had we walked out, that would have been a major loss.
We finally started around 12:20 PM, and thankfully, the welder was kind and apologetic. The session itself was quick, taking less than an hour, but the overall waiting experience left much to be desired. While we appreciate the service while it was our turn, the lack of organization made the experience frustrating. Hopefully, Love Weld can improve their scheduling to respect customers’ time in the future.
