All my dreams came true when he unveiled the finished ring. The workmanship was absolutely exquisite! Some of it was so intricate, it had to be done by hand, but it was handled masterfully by the artisans at Redmond Diamond Center. Also, they were able to create the ring I have always wanted at a price that fit in my budget. Theyre not pushy or snobby like many other retail stores and they always greet you and are very helpful if you do have questions. They always have good deals, usually 60-70% off or some bundle kind of thing. This time it was with christians good help that we purchased a nice white bag. Weve been to other coach stores but this one has a wider selection of products.

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.

Emily Lozano If I could give a higher rating, I absolutely would! Tiffany has been incredibly kind and fun to work with, not to mention more than fair with her prices. Ive been in three times, twice to sell, and each time she has been delightful and happy to offer answers and assistance. Yesterday I went to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to get pricing for some jewelry, and they offered me $60 compared to the $120 that Tiffany offered. Because of her integrity and incredible customer service, I will exclusively be using Top Dollar Gold Exchange, and recommending her to anyone and everyone who is also looking to sell precious metals (and buy secondhand and vintage jewelry)!

My friends and I were able to find what we were looking for and more! The staff are also very nice and ask that you sanitize your hands before fully going into the store (yes, sanitation!).
