5 /5 Siddharth Chawla: People here are awesome!! I bought 4 carat studs they gave me a great deal. I went back to buy a 2 carat diamond ring for my wife again they gave me a great deal. I also had 3 rings designed by them they made them just like the design I chose. We had conversation every time I went there made my buying experience awesome. I will always go to them. 1 /5 Sarah Ness: I thought going in I would have a good experience here. The lady that runs the place was really nice and seemed to want to help us find or design the perfect engagement ring. I had a design in my mind and the owner sketched it out but continued to add diamonds which continued to jack up the price. I trusted that it would look nice. I asked for two over lapping hearts, one in white gold and one in yellow gold with two shanks coming off the hearts in opposite colors of gold with some diamonds there. I asked for an emerald in the yellow gold heart and a blue topaz in the white gold heart. I asked for the wedding band to have both white and yellow gold intertwining. We were originally told that if we did not like the ring after it was done we could get our money back. We were told that the ring would be done June 24, 2016. I called the day after we went in on May 7th to see if the wedding band could not be fused together with the engagement ring and I was told that the ring would be done in a couple weeks. Every time we called to check in, we were told that it would be a couple more weeks. It finally arrived, but was nothing like I asked for. The entire engagement ring was in what they said was white gold. It didnt really look like white gold and the wedding band was a plain yellow gold band. The plain wedding band was $790 and the deposit for the engagement ring was $1524. We were also told that the birthstones would be tear drop shaped and they ended up being tiny round stones. In the end, no where does it say that you cannot have a refund for down payments on custom items. They did not want to give us our money back so we accepted the ring and did not pay the other half of the agreed on price because it was no where near what we asked for. Do not buy jewelry from this store. They lie to you. They do not listen to what you want. They take a long time to create the rings and then they dont end up like you want anyway. They only use conflict diamonds.

1 /5 Shahneeza: Do not buy from this place horrible service. We ordered the ring (black) with a diamond & this is what we received. When we went to go pick it up we werent happy as the ring wasnt even close to what we ordered, Mohammed said Fauzia can work with us to fix it and that she will give us a call, till this day Fauzia has not called us to fix the ring, it has been 5 months. The ring wasnt even made by the time they told us it would be, my wedding day passed and I did not have a ring because of these people. So unprofessional and disappointing

4 /5 Sohrab Karim: I had a very easy and simple experience from the moment I walked in. The lady with long red hair helped me very much. I was able to get a beautiful 1 carat diamond for a very good price. I had my wedding ring for more than 3 years and still love it! The best thing about this store was the services that came with the product, such as the life time resizing, life time polishing, and life time prong checking and side diamond recovery. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a beautiful wedding ring!

1 /5 Trina Chowdhury: Dont waste your time here. I had a ring customized and had the worst experience dealing with the sales people. They did not make the ring as designed, the prongs were poorly made, unpolished - visible scratch marks on the band and my stone was not mounted properly. The sales guy was rude and all they care about is getting more money without giving proper service. Ive taken the ring to other jewelers and they all agreed it was poorly made. Now I have to take it to another jeweler to re-mount the stone. This place is not worth your money.
