1 /5 Reut Shaharabani: Follow-up to the owner’s response:
Thank you for responding, but unfortunately, your message only reinforces my disappointment.
Let’s be clear:
The center diamond fell out on its own, without any accident or misuse. You confirmed yourself that the ring was returned with two prongs missing — which is a clear failure in craftsmanship, not something I could’ve prevented.
The so-called “lifetime warranty” didn’t cover the most important part of the ring — the center diamond — and the condition that I must come in every 90 days for inspections was not explained clearly at the time of purchase. If it had been, I would have seriously reconsidered the purchase.
Your offer of “full credit” was only valid if I spent another $3,000 — that’s not a solution, that’s a sales pitch. I already spent over $5,500 in total across multiple upgrades. Now I’m being told the only way to resolve this is to spend even more?
This has nothing to do with assigning blame — it’s about taking real responsibility. Sadly, your response avoids that entirely.
I’m sharing this to help others avoid going through what I did. Ask questions, read the fine print, and know that “lifetime warranty” may not mean what you think.
