Turn around time was quick and the pricing was very reasonable. I’m a vintage and antique jewelry collector, and my experience with jewelers in our area has been a bit varied in terms of professionalism, expertise, etc. Cynthia is a gem (pun intended) and a true asset to have in our community—thank you, Cynthia!!!

Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Daniella Great service, I showed up to get my gold necklace fixed and they quoted me $40 which I personally thought was super affordable! I dropped it off and picked it up 3 days later when I was contacted it was ready. It looks great! I can’t even tell it was ever broken. Definitely recommend!
