Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Now let me know when an awesome Rolex becomes available. :)

321Joel! Was very impressed with this store. Not only do they have delicate fine jewelry, but also approachable prices for fashion jewelry. A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.

My husband then used Musti to custom design my engagement ring, wedding band, and his wedding band. We’ve also recommended Musti to others who’ve been really happy with his work. What sets Musti apart from the rest, is his attention to detail and commitment to perfection. He will run through several different mockups with you until you’re satisfied with the final product. He takes immense pride in his work and would rather take his time to get it absolutely right, than rush through and give you something that’s not what you envisioned. He truly is a genius. We will continue to give Musti our business for any future jewelry needs. I cannot recommend him enough.

Darcy Grinolds Best jeweler Ive found: honest, informative, justified prices. I needed my ring repaired after the diamond fell out. I checked with several jewelers about the cost of replacement. Preziosis price was slightly higher, but I wanted to work with him because he seemed honest, so I told him about the lower quote from another jeweler. He explained to me the two different types of repairs for my rings prongs (simple gold solder and full prong buildup) and the relative costs for each (less than a hundred dollars for the simple gold solder). He hypothesized that the other jeweler was charging a slightly lower price for a much lower quality solution. Once I learned about these methods and their pros/cons, it was clear to me that the simple gold solder would be a fragile, short-term solution. I went back to the lower-quote jeweler and asked about their repair methods and they confirmed they would do a simple gold solder. This made Preziosis price for the full prong buildup drastically the better value and correct solution for my needs. I was grateful for the explanation of the techniques at Preziosi, and I even got to learn how to use the magnifier to see the final result! Ill definitely be returning to Preziosi for any jewelry needs!
