I love buying from them because they are so accommodating. The employees that work there have the best attitude, and are super nice. Javed is the person that fixes, resizes, and cleans your jewelry is super amazing at his job. He also provides excellent customer service, and make sure you leave happy. The sales reps Dana and Collette are so amazing, they provide excellent customer service and truly care about their customers. I have amazing conversation with them and they always help me out when I’m in store. I love buying from Besan because again their stuff is the best, they have the best prices, and provide their customers with excellent service. I highly recommend. I think wherever you are you can count on them to give you the best service, best gold, and amazing prices. Very happy.

They didnt charge me any tax on my purchase, which saved me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend going to Besan when youre ready to invest in yourself and gold! 5 stars!
