5 /5 Hang Nguyen: I went here with my mother and we were greeted promptly. All the sales people were friendly and courteous. They gave my mother a really good price and also took links out of a bracelet. Prices are reasonable. The service here is much better than the jewelry stores at the Asian mall. This is a bigger store and not crowded. They also have plenty of parking there. I would recommend shopping at this location than the ones in the Asian mall.

1 /5 August Coast: Came by to change the watch links to make it smaller. The lady increased the price from $10-15 as she speaks. Called another place, it was only $7. It wasnt much of a difference bn $10 and $7, but it was the shadiest thing to change fr $10-$15 in 1 min just bc she was sure i will do it there.

5 /5 Leo: I have been to many of the world’s finest jewlery stores and I must conclude that this was at the top of the list. The service was excellent as when I walked in the doors, they greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to cater to my needs. In addition, the supply options were endless with top jewlery brands from Europe at an affordable pricing with high quality. Definitely should visit if you are looking to buy that something for the one you love!

1 /5 Cesar Gutierrez: Horrible experience. I purchased a mens bracelet. The sales person said that I could upgrade anytime at 100% of cost to anything that was higher in price. I came in to upgrade and now she wanted to give me 50% events ought she said it would be 100%. Thats not the worst part, she said you know how business works, take it or leave it in a horible tone and literally kicked out the entire group of people. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing expierance. Never in my life would I go here again. For people who want to upgarde....according to the lady, its not what I said, its what you signed. Beware

3 /5 sunny nguyen: They are not professional. We bought our wedding rings here but super unhappy with it. We looked for something decent and willing to pay a higher price for it as those are treasures to us. I wanted to go to other places but my mother-in-law wanted to take us here. Their price was pretty reasonable. The saleslady we talked to didn’t get enough training/knowledge to be a jewelry salesperson. My husband chose a 18k white gold ring. She said the item would be priced base on its weight. We needed to resize the ring to make it smaller so it’s obvious that it would weighted less than when we saw it. The sales lady said it would weighted SAME. I was skeptical but my mother-in-law was a regular customer (not anymore after this) so I trusted them we paid based on weight - as the saleslady said, so I wanted to check its weight when I received the rings. It lost 0.9GR (>10%). I felt so disappointed and they gave us back $30 (?????). I talked to the manager over the phone and he explained to me that it’s obvious that the ring will not weight the same after resizing (which was what I thought and asked the saleslady). I do appreciate his efforts but there are other jewelers out there, so I would not come back. They also refused to accept return. They’ve got good techs but the saleslady was not professional/knowledgable enough to sell wedding/engagement rings. It’s an experience to shop for those items and I don’t think the saleslady is professional enough to handle it. I’m extremely disappointed.
