Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process. A new era of co-owner Lisa and her staff have taken the torch . I enjoy business there more than ever. Laura is my go to with my fix-it’s, projects , and new jewelry I have made. She is always cheerful, amenable and helpful with my requests. I can hear and see Isiah is cordial with clients as they enter the business also. I won’t shop anywhere else for jewelry.

M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.
