Tom I used Torgsyn several times in the past few months for jewelry (rings, bracelets and necklaces) and received great service and professional assistance. The repairs were done in an excellent manner, very affordable and pieces looked great. I also purchased a chain for a pendent and got it at a very good price. My primary contact was Polina V, she is very nice, helpful with suggestions and took the time to explain the repair process and timing. I highly recommend Torgsyn for repairs and jewelry purchases!

When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.

Brittney Lee The best jewelry store! Megan is amazing she can make anything happen! I had an idea of a sapphire ring I wanted and she made the vision come true! She spent the time to show me all the different sapphires to make sure I got to pick the color I wanted. I also got an emerald ring for my mom and she customized that ring as well to make it exactly like we wanted. Megan truly knows what she’s doing and will be honest about pricing and quality. I was heard, respected, valued, and very much taken care of. Some customization had to take place but it was all done in house with reasonable pricing and timeframes.
