Sondra Riehart My fiancé and I officially have a jeweler! Fay was fantastic and helped me design my fully custom, dream engagement ring! And the cherry on top was the price - nearly $1,500 cheaper compared to a similar style ring at a different fine jeweler. I highly recommend Fay and David & Sons for their customer service, fair pricing and beautiful selection of fine jewelry! Can’t wait to design our wedding band next!!

Austin Stucky Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. I trusted him to do the job and he instilled confidence in choice that he could get it done. Edwin cut it out of its old setting and resoldered it to a new band, rendering it looking like a brand new ring. Not to mention he did it in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. I am forever grateful to Edwin and his masterful skills. Thank you Edwin!

Mary Dudzinski I cannot recommend Charles Koll enough! We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. We will be using Charles Koll/Lacey for our wedding bands & any future jewelry we need!!

marissa wertheimer Love at first sight! Ever since Jeff and Bonnie opened Poet and the Bench Ive been smitten with everything they so carefully curate at their beautiful store. Theyve continued to expand the artists they showcase and always include unique designs in all price ranges. Ill go in to look for a gift and then see something I cant live without. My boyfriend gave me one of Jeffs pieces and I get compliments on it every time I wear it - which is almost every day. And now with their custom candles, tea and bath soaps, its quite irresistible!

Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense. Georgia helped me, and she is so sweet and welcoming. I feel so lucky that I live by one of the Broken English boutiques! I’ve followed the brand on Instagram for a few years and was so excited to visit an in-person store when I discovered it was near me in LA!!
