Sheila Thompson If I could give more stars I would! Betty and Shirley are amazing and so much fun. They treat you like family from the minute you walk through the door. I was on a moderate budget and Shirley was able to exceed my expectations in what I could afford. In addition, Betty educated me on how to "dip" my gold jewelry instead of having to remount so that I could wear my tennis bracelet that I never wore because it was gold. They are my new besties!

I had a great time designing my ring with him, and even got to select which sapphires I wanted. He sent me snapshots of his 3D model to review the placement of stones and design before creating the ring for me to try on. Rena Angcaya Where do I even start! I went to Unicorn Jewelers for some information on a couple of jewelry pieces I had acquired, in addition I needed a watch repaired. The service from beginning to end was amazing! The pricing was fair and Fred was a wealth of knowledge on my vintage pieces. The store is much larger than I expected, it would have taken all day to browse the endless selections. All in all it was such a great experience and I will be back. Not only did they repair my watch on site, they also gave me all the details on my other pieces free of charge. Even the security team at the door was welcoming! Definitely worth a visit.

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

dava Day My second custom ring I’ve had designed with them and I’m so happy! It’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They always make my dreams come true! It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!
