Grey Edwards I found out about Affinity and Co through a referral from a friend who referred me to John and David to help me find an engagement ring. I brought my now wife to the store so she could have a good look at what she may be interested in. She had already done the bulk of her research but hadn’t found anything she had liked from previous stores. John and Dave walked us through their collection and my wife found her dream ring. They were very helpful in guiding myself and my wife to find the perfect engagement ring. We were even able to find the wedding band she loved and I found a fantastic wedding band for myself. Tiff Pham I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish.
