I have purchased several pieces from her, and each piece is more beautiful in person, and is made with love and care. Her beadwork is exquisite and has to be seen to be believed. Darlene has always been patient and kind with all of my questions, and believe me, I have a lot of questions. She ships everything quickly, and each item arrives in pristine condition. Plus, since this is a small business, you are not only supporting our local artists, you also get to develop a relationship with them. Nicole Smith Top tier service! Vanessa was amazing, helpful, and friendly. She was accommodating with all the items we tried in and wanted to see. We didnt feel rushed at all. I wont lie, it was my first time in Cartier and I was a little intimidated and nervous but we were greeted with a huge warm smile from Vanessa. She offered us drinks as soon as we walked in, I had champagne and my friend had sparkling water. She wasnt pushy about anything and just let us enjoy our time. The selection this location has was vast. The store is very well maintained and smells great when you walk in. All the staff was friendly. Vanessa even made us matching friendship bracelets! We were the only ones in there so we got all the attention. Such a great day!
