Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Hannah19 Wonderful experience designing a custom engagement ring!!! We wanted to use heirloom diamonds from my stepmother, and so we didnt have a traditional setting in mind. David was patient with us as we showed him pictures and described the "feel" we were going for, he understood exactly the art deco / vintage style we wanted to create and designed the ring of my dreams! He was also flexible working with us as we lived out of town, he was available by phone and emailed the design once it was completed. David is truly a talented and creative designer, I am so happy with my ring. And they let me bring it in to be cleaned whenever needed. Highly recommend Executive Jewelers for any repair or custom jewelry work. They also have a nice selection of jewelry in the shop, though I havent purchased anything (yet!).

Colin Jenkins Outstanding experience from start to finish. My wife had a vision for her engagement ring so I took it to Avo who transformed it into something better than either of us imagined. He made some smart adjustments to the design to fit flush against the beautiful wedding band I eventually went back to him for as well as to craft my own ring. We couldnt be happier with his work and always recommend him to friends and family. Craftsmanship is exceptional and hes a fantastic person to work with every time.

Phillip Sweet Nick made picking and ordering a custom piece for my wife a more than wonderful experience. He was honest and upfront about pricing, and got it to me in a pretty timely manner. He was kind and more than happy to spend the time with me to make sure everything was perfect. He got it to match my wifes other jewelry all we way down to the link size/shape in the chain. His attention to detail is meticulous. There is a lot of beautiful jewelry already in the cases and look a lot more custom and less mass produced than you see in those chains. Im glad I stopped in. This will be my family jeweler for sure! This will be my recommendation for anyone looking for a jeweler. You can expect me back.
