I went in with a vague description of what I had in mind, and they found exactly what I was looking for. The whole process was fast and painless. I felt like they were truly listening to me, and not just trying to upsell me on something I didnt want, like certain other jewelers in this mall. Prices were reasonable and their selection was so much larger and higher quality than I had seen elsewhere. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.
