Upon me trying another/different jeweler, I realized they were not when the piece I bought turned (color) within the week. I have found myself coming back to DRJ. As nice and accommodating as everyone at this location is, Im back because of the quality.

Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. It was a strange shopping experience, but Renee made it a quick and easy transaction!! Were very happy that the Pandora store was open with this service available, Thanks

Taylor Colette I’ve gone to Natalie for a few piercings now—she did my septum, re-pierced my seconds, and most recently pierced my conch (which I’ve worn a cuff on for years and finally decided to get done). Every single time, the experience has been amazing. She’s professional, super knowledgeable, and always makes me feel totally comfortable. All of my piercings have healed beautifully, and the conch was no different—so easy and quick! I seriously wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting pierced!

We were getting a ring resized (yes they have all the equipment needed to do this) but that was just the beginning of the full array of services they offer. Danny Pham Sarah was super helpful during my visit today! She assisted me with a number of things including replacing a bracelet that was experiencing more wear and tear than usual, as well as finding the right size of rings and bracelets for me. In total I left with three new items which I am very pleased with. Really glad I didn’t experience what other negative reviewers here did!
