Maria Fumagalli I had a wonderful experience! The first pic is a before and the second is an after. I needed my mom’s ring that I am using for a wedding ring serviced. They tightened the setting, reshaped, and cleaned my ring in less than 2 hours for a great price. It looks amazing, and you can clearly see the difference between the two pictures. Steven let me purchase a ring to propose and then come back with my fiancée later to select a different ring if she didn’t like it. He spent numerous hours with us showing rings and even offered to custom design one for her if she wasn’t satisfied. We ended up with the original ring I chose but the experience here was amazing. Tom Elrod Off the beaten path. Essentially a huge underground jewelry store mall. The young man at the check in counter was extremely friendly and helpful. He even looked up the address and phone number for a store nearby we were looking for. If you’re looking for jewelry, I highly recommend seeing Jasmine at Giraux jewelers.

Renee Louis I came here to get my engagement ring resized and he was able to get me out the door in 15 minutes max! He was patient enough to let me test out different sizes before polishing my ring for free. Would definitely come here again.
