The ring is amazing and I couldnt ask for a better present. Their customer service is spot on and they were very welcoming from the moment I walked into to their store to the minute I left. Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

Rahma Mawluid Today I came I was very stressed on where to get my engagement ring and Kevin Jewelers staff helped me enormously I can’t thank them enough for giving me such a great experience and a huge discount they made sure I got the engagement ring that I wanted. Stella the manager went through everything with me she explained everything I needed to know about diamonds and the sale person Mariam today helped me picking a ring that matches my wedding dress. Being this kind and helpful to customers really makes my day and makes me wanna come just to have this experience and our beautiful conversation very informative especially with the office girl I think it was Ruqaya her name she was great and fun to talk with and gave me a good advice on how to take care of my jewelry. She also applied for me financing and was super fast I thought it would take forever like the others that opened for me finance in other locations, hands down this is the BEST location for me from now on.
