We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. No Way I did not want a pre manufactured ring from a corporate store. I wanted a custom made ring and came to a little mom and pop store here in Seal Beach. Had it made and it was a little big. We asked if we could design it smaller and they did it with no hassles. This was the best decision ever. The owner was very professional and since it was a wedding ring she knew the importance and never once tried to upsale us or pressure us into anything. She helped design it from the beginning with drawings, then from drawings she made a wax ring, then molded the gold. Beautiful!!!

GKG family Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.
