Emm23 Visited for the first time recently. I needed a gasket replaced on a watch and back cover to be placed. I like how the rep came back out to show me that the gasket was placed. Great price as well, as I had gone to two other places and feel as if I was being overcharged. Great fast service :)

He is honest, genuine, talented and his work is exquisite AND he’s a baseball fan! Dan has done repairs on my wedding rings, created/repurposed two necklaces, and bought/traded gold with us. He has always been fair and shares his experience and expertise. The latest ring he made for me is gorgeous!!!! He suggested lattice gold work and the finished product is stunning. I couldn’t be happier; I am pretty creative, but I never could have imagined or come up with the design he cultivated. She set us up with an appointment during one of their diamond shows, and remembered our faces and names several weeks apart. Never before has a chain store made such an impact.
