Erika Gaona Worst place to come get your newborn baby’s ears. They tell you one price but charge you another. Before piercing my ears I asked the lady with the highlights what is the price? She told me $40 I checked my credit card and I was being charged $70. I go back to ask for a $30 refund and the Asian lady gives me $20 scamming me the $10 not much of a difference but stealing from your customers is crazy. But crazy. Don’t ever come here.

John Madsen This was by far the worst boutique Içve ever visited! My friend carries around a cup of ice with her and the lady behind the counter told her she couldnt have an open container. My friend said oh theres no liquid in it just ice. The lady said well be careful which was nice of her but I turned around to say something to my husband and the lady was sneering at me! I thought at first she just happened to glance my way but she remained that way and i didnt look away and wasnt sure why she had that expression? I asked her if she was ok with a little smile of embarrassment for her and she said Icm fine! Her look of utter disgust flooed me. I had said nothing to her and she remained locked on me. I just looked toward the door and walked out and all the married couples that were with me, except my friend with the ice lol.

Brian McDermott My wife and I bought a load of T-shirts and Hoodies in their Carmel store, as the choice is great. One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didnt notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service! Thanks again.

From our first text messages, he pay attention to what I was looking for and in our first appointment, he spent two hours with me going through different styles and rings, asking what I liked and didnt like. My engagement ring turned out to be so much better then I thought it would, and that is thanks to Kevins detailed work. If you are looking to design custom jewelry, this is the place to go! Dont go anywhere else. You will have a better experience and get a deal here as well!

Scott has taken so much of his time to patiently teach my son about coins, collecting and how to figure out the “real” prices and not fake online gimmicks. This is only place I feel comfortable letting my son invest in his future. He diffidently is honest and truly takes the time… nice to know still have honest folks doing business!!

I have trusted her to repair several pieces of jewelry and I am always so impressed with her work. Her attention to detail and expertise shines through and you really feel the value in the cost.
