One hoody was too small and when she returned it later that day, they exchanged it, but unfortunately I didnt notice they put the same size back in the bag by the time we had reached our next destination, 200 miles down the coast. After contacting them via email, they sent a replacement hoody to our final Hotel in Vegas, plus a nice cap. Excellent customer service! Thanks again.
