5 /5 MorAlev: I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me. We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me! And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner. Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special.. So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size. Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series. I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge. I LOVE them…

5 /5 ADS S: We visited Cartier today with a specific watch in mind, but it didn’t suit us as expected. Thankfully, Jimmy was incredibly helpful and patient, walking us through other options and explaining the designs in detail. With his guidance, we ended up choosing a different watch and we absolutely love it. We also picked out a fragrance and a pair of glasses, and to top it all off, Jimmy surprised us with a bottle of champagne. His knowledge, kindness, and calm demeanor made the entire experience exceptional. Cartier never fails to impress, and this store has such a wide variety, it’s hard to choose what to leave behind. Thank you, Jimmy, for making our visit so memorable.

5 /5 Echo Bush: The staff was really amazing. I felt comfortable and wasnt followed around while I shopped but, someone was close if I wanted to see something. They helped me exchange ring sizes quickly. Ill definitely be back. Side note they were really great with my 4 year old. Coloring book and chocolate to make her feel included. 10 out of 10.

We went yesterday and Joanna assisted us with our ring and watch purchases for anniversary and birthday. She was very kind, helpful, and patient with answering my questions and helping try on the products. It made our experience comfortable and our purchase was beautifully wrapped.

4 /5 Phuong Tran: We didnt get to offer any drink even water here until I asked during the check out. One gentle advice: you should treat your guests nicely regardless their outfit is luxury brand or not! I graded 4 stars because I didnt want to ruin my special and precious moment I had at the time - but I would expect Catier could have done better! My purchase and pickup times were not great!
