Da Empress Chao I came in to get a written appraisal for a gold chain we had concerns about, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. Nini Abdrabo It was my first time going to Tekin Brothers. I had a really bent wedding ring with dents on the sides and I hadnt been able to wear my wedding ring in over a year. I finally had the means to get it fixed and went here. When I went in, they said they could cut off my band and make a new one for $350. I honestly expected the price to be way more than that. I went on Monday(04/07) and they called me today(04/09). When I went to go pick up the ring, it looked like a BRAND NEW RING. They were so kind and sweet. The prices are fair and their honest. They do great work. If I ever need anything done with my jewelry, I will be going here and you should too!
