He was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through all of our options, even going back and forth with us as we figured out which wedding bands felt right. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured - and he made us feel completely comfortable asking questions, even around pricing and payment plans. While were still finalizing our decision, our experience with Christopher was nothing short or wonderful. Hes knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.

Alejandro Alcantar Excellent place when youre looking for jewelry and dont want to pay outrageous retail prices. Only downside is that it can be overwhelming with all the vendors and especially if you dont know exactly what youre looking for.
