5 /5 Adam Hobbs: I am generally lost trying to get an engagement ring. I have been in here twice and they have been patient, informative, and kind. The sales staff do not work on commission, so they dont push things on you. They are more interested in getting you a ring that matches your criteria than selling you the most expensive pieces they have. They truly have made this process infinitely easy.

5 /5 Lauren Pinkston: My experience with Mardon Jewelers exceeded my expectations. My husband and I went in to have some diamonds added to my original wedding ring. We were teamed with Jim who was very creative and thought outside the box to create the most unique and beautiful ring Ive ever worn, he also worked within our budget. The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming, they even entertained my 1 year old so I could finish taking care of business. Our experience was so pleasant, we will definitely go back for all of our jewelry needs.

5 /5 Robert Yocum: Amazing customer service and the perfect place for our engagement and wedding rings. We couldn’t be happier. Other places were simply terrible and didn’t let us have any agency in the decision. Mardon Jewelers restored dignity to the process of finding the right rings to represent our marriage and with a design that’s made by them, not something from a factory. Can’t recommend this place any higher. 2000/5 stars at least.

1 /5 Peter Zimmerman: Owner tried ripping me off. Said my diamond earrings were not real diamonds and the 14k gold was just in the post. Offered me $5 for them. So I went next door to the watch repair and asked if he could tell me if they were real or not seeing as how he works with gold and sets diamonds. He assured me they were in fact 100 % real diamonds and that they were set in 14k gold. Not just the post. Even told me my earrings were worth at least 700$. So nice try. Wouldnt recommend going there to sell your jewerly to anybody.
