From the moment I met him, it felt as though I was reconnecting with an old friend. Sam and his team were incredibly warm, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. Years ago, I cracked the 2 carat center diamond in my wedding ring and unfortunately had to shave off 1/4 carat. Danielle Duncan Nice, professional, and welcoming . Efficient and fast . Great place for not only repairs but anything gold related. They also have a sign that reads "we buy coins" in a shopping center with different food options if your hungry. I love people who love what they do and treat their customers fairly. I have brought multiple pieces of jewelry for repair and am never under satisfied. Their prices have been very fair and under asking prices of other repair shops. Still providing top notch work .

Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. It was a strange shopping experience, but Renee made it a quick and easy transaction!! Were very happy that the Pandora store was open with this service available, Thanks
