I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!

I find that it is an immense honor creating jewelry around such ancient stones that have taken sometimes millions of years to form, and knowing I am working with someone who honors them just as much, if not more? Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

I have bought a few custom pieces from her and she patiently guides me to figure out exactly what I want. I go in with a rough idea and come out with a gorgeous unique piece of art that my girlfriend absolutely loves. It was scary trying to find a jeweler that I could trust especially when my knowledge of jewelry is limited, but when I met Maria I could tell her work is her passion. Creating pieces of art that bring joy to people is why she does it. I trust her completely. I have left family heirlooms with her and have never once had an uneasy feeling.
