I came in to exchange some silver for cash, and the manager not only gave me a fair deal but also took the time to explain things and teach me a bit about silver along the way. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional, they made sure I understood the process and left feeling confident. Really friendly and professional service. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to sell or learn more about silver!

Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.
