Veronica Harold My daughter got her ears pierced last year for her birthday. Everyone who works there is amazing and so helpful. She has sensitive skin so had a couple issues and they were always welcoming and willing to help her in every way possible and gave her great advice. We recently went back in to get help changing out a pair of earrings and they did it right away and were very cool about helping her out once again. This is where anyone should go for piercings.

Noel Aguilar Amazing support! Amazing shop! I have gone in a few times and all those times, I felt authentically supported and in the driver seat. The store felt so welcoming and without pressure and made the experience feel amazing! The store has such a “real” and authentic team that was staffed this day, especially (Rachel) who helped us. She was such a real one! She made every moment feel great! She found my wedding band and size on the first go! And supported my fiancé find her band within 20-30 minutes! Not to mention she cleaned her natural engagement stone and band so well! Her other teammates that afternoon were also a great supportive cast! (6/7/25). The whole vibe was just great, enough said. Nicole Robledo Montoya is amazing to work with! We came to them with an idea and they helped us design a beautiful set of wedding bands, even fitting it perfectly with the engagement ring. A couple of months before the wedding, the center stone chipped in the engagement ring, and Montoya worked with us and our insurance to find a replacement and get it set in time. The new stone is so perfect, and our rings turned out even better than we imagined. We’re so grateful for Montoya’s expertise and care— So grateful to have found an amazing jeweler for all our jewelry needs!

They made my experience so special, and provided wonderful customer service. Shout out to Javi. He is awesome. There was also another taller, white gentleman that helped me, but I forgot his name unfortunately. He was amazing at helping me find the right size. I left with a beautiful ring, and the desire to give this store more of my business. They made me truly feel like everyone is welcome.

Mason Harman Absolutely expertise work!!! I have had these rings sitting for way to long cause they didnt fit. Gary and Enalie were absolutely amazing to work with!! Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! You cant even tell they were ever touched or adjusted.

Lisa Eichler Very cute trendy boutique and is geared toward young ladies and Im on the other end, an aging boomer. However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didnt find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!
