Meghann Haldeman Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but with the warmth and welcome of a Care Bear cloud. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

Christofer Berruz Chungata I worked with Paul to purchase a loose diamond and have it set on an engagement ring. Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!

David Gulotta I was looking around a few places for an engagement ring...when I walked into Scorpion Jewelers it seemed different. I didnt feel pressured when I was looking at their options. I told the lady Vicky what I was looking for, the budget that I had in mind and then she started showing me a few options. She was very nice, respectful and not pushy or trying to "sell me." The most important part to me in looking or the "right ring" was something different and special. She also told me that they were a custom jeweler so they could make or change anything. Which was a huge help...I ended up seeing a 3 stone princess ring that I liked and wanted to switch out a few stones to Sapphires. So I got a price quote and decided to sleep on it. I came back the next day and put down the deposit and was told it may be ready in a few days. To my surprise, I received a call a few days early from Vicky that it was ready for pick up! From the very beginning to the end when I proposed the entire process and purchase was as smooth as I thought and hoped it would be. And.....she said yes! And absolutely loved the ring! Javier Pagan Mark C at Valliani was beyond helpful today. 17 years ago I came in and purchased an aqua masters watch form a young Hispanic girl who was very sweet and helpful. My watch has been broken for over 12 years and I never knew or could ever get a contact to help get it repaired. Well, my boy Mark here told me to the website and request AM service repair to get it registered and they will assign you a personal advisor to help with the repair process. I was never aware of did know something like this was available. I want to thank you Mark for your support and most importantly for being a real one in these streets. #Trenches
