1 /5 Shawna Saar: Me and my Husband went in yesterday to have a ring resized yes not the most expensive ring but the staff was very rude was asking a few questions on why we couldnt have it resized just to be belittled and talked down to like we werent good enough to be in their store the way they answered our questions was in a way like we should have known and very smug just very poor company and staff I wouldnt recommend going to this jewelry store go to Marcozzis down the street their store smells of money not road kill and the staff at Marcozzis is very inviting and kind and helpful Shame on you Sierra Gem Company. I would have given no stars but had to choose at least one to post this review to warn others.

5 /5 Dede Duong: I never came any jewelry store in the United States from the year I left Vietnam, 2006. I wanted to buy a pair of earrings, so I went to Sierra Gem Company. The owners are very friendly and patient. She helped me to find the things I needed and wrapped them for me. The price is reasonable. I love her smiles. Ill tell to my friends who want to buy jewelry and I will be back.

5 /5 Jennifer: I had our grandfathers watch repaired here last week, a great job for a good price. And what a lovely couple! We chatted with them for a while and enjoyed the family pictures on the wall. Glad that we met them in our own downtown Oroville, highly recommend.
