5 /5 Char Char: This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

1 /5 Priscilla Torres: I was getting my gold from here but recently one of my rings that i bought here broke . I took it back to see if they can fix it but they didn’t want to fix it. They wanted me to buy another one instead. I wish they would at least try to fix it . I was willing to pay to. Won’t be coming here no more . They lost a good conscience customer

2 /5 Leng Mekdara: Lots of fashionable jewelry that you can choose and pick from and reasonable price. They also sometimes give discounts which i appreciate. The wife, daughter and another employer that works there is very polite. Their customer service is an A+. But one thing I dont like about that shop is dealing with the husband. Hes mean, very rude, always look moody and very bad customer service. Every time I have to deal with him I leave the shop to buy my jewelry somewhere else even though the price is higher. And believe me I buy gold every paycheck. Its an investment for the future for my retirement.

5 /5 Pilar Phan: Wonderful & quick service. Got my engagement ring resized & it finally fits me perfectly. Went from a size 4 gold ring to size 3.5, for $40 in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this place for ring resizing. Call ahead to make sure they’re open & let them know when you’ll be heading over!

2 /5 Yee X.: Before even entering the store the shop owners made me wait at their door for at least 5 minute before opening the door on me to let me in. Second to that, they gave me no costumer service at all for at least 10 min. They didnt even talk to me or try to help me when I wanted to buy a ring from them. Took me about 20 - 30 minutes to finally get my ring and there was only 3 costumer total, including me, in the store. My tip for any one going in there is that if you are a young adult male and you want to buy gold from them; you better dress in a nice attire otherwise they will profile you as a thug or a low life person and give you the smallest amount of costumer service.
