1 /5 Cody Hair: Took my brand new Victorinox Crono in to get the bracelet sized & the lady in there tried setting the pin with a small ALL METAL hammer and scratched my new watch. I will NEVER go in this business again. Very unhappy

1 /5 Tskeai Dockery: They are only concerned with making money & not actually taking care of their customers. They lied about the way they report their credit account to the bureaus. I started a credit account with them, have never been late or missed a payment in almost 2 years, however my Ybarra account is now negative on my report with months missing that have also not been reported. I gave the owner to opportunity to fix this & they said they would and never did. They are just not customer focused. I will be reporting to the BBB for false advertisement.

4 /5 Michael Sanchez: Sam and his staff are good people prefer going there to spend my money then going to any of the other high price jewelry stores. I have been doing business with Sam for many years and hes always taking care of me quite well if you have a problem then you can always shop somewhere else and that could mean you may be treated awfully worse if you call good treatment worse thanks again Sam Play it again Sam

Each time we have come in for business we are welcomed with open arms. They are truly in touch with the community of Stockton and provide the best customer service. I would not go elsewhere for the opportunity in serving us because they both have your interest at best. They deserve to be awarded for community business of the year.
