1 /5 Naomi Serrato: Robbins Brothers gave me a great experience when I first came in to buy my ring back in 2018. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and made the process feel special. However, once the purchase is complete, the level of service changes. When you come in for regular maintenance or a simple cleaning on a ring you already own, you are barely greeted and often made to feel like an inconvenience.
They claim to have a first come, first served policy, but that only seems to apply until a new buyer walks in. I have personally experienced being pushed further down the line so that a potential sale could be prioritized, even though I had been waiting patiently. It feels really disrespectful and makes loyal customers feel unappreciated.
