Elena Riemersma If I can give Bravo Jewellers more than 5 stars I would. I came to Bravo to redo my original 30 year anniversary ring that I recently purchased elsewhere. The original setting was failing and I almost lost the center stone. After talking to both Edward and Eugene, we decided to start fresh with a new setting and a more secure design, while sticking close to the tulip setting that I love. Catherine was a huge help during this process and patiently going over the details and changes. I am so excited with the final product. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch. I feel like the stones are more secure in this setting. They met all my expectations with the new design. Bravo to Bravo Jewellers.

GKG family Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.

Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

Austin Stucky Edwin is absolute craftsman. I came to him with an impossible task that multiple jewelers told me wasn’t possible. We had an old family heirloom ring that needed to be reset so I could give it to my fiancé and ask her to marry me. It was cracked and damaged and a very high risk project. I trusted him to do the job and he instilled confidence in choice that he could get it done. Edwin cut it out of its old setting and resoldered it to a new band, rendering it looking like a brand new ring. Not to mention he did it in a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. I am forever grateful to Edwin and his masterful skills. Thank you Edwin!
