Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

I had them add two links to an Omega Seamaster. Very fair price. I had a very delightful delightful conversation with the owner. A very personable Lady. Great service.
