His compassionate, no-pressure approach was exactly what I needed for such an important decision. He patiently explained the options of using my existing diamond versus purchasing a new one, and lab diamond versus regular diamond, making sure I fully understood my choices. What impressed me most was Mac’s patience and professionalism. He never rushed me, even as I called my husband twice to talk through the different options. This was a significant purchase for me - after 34 years of marriage, updating my rings carried a lot of meaning. Mac made the entire process enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. I came in since some stones had fallen out and the ring was in need of repair. Melissa was so incredibly hospitable and kind. She helped everyone who was waiting in such a friendly, helpful manner. We went in because I was getting a wedding ring upgrade/new ring for our anniversary! We absolutely loved the experience all thanks to Arleen! She is very knowledgeable and honest, which I very much appreciated considering this was the first time we shopped for jewelry. I ended up getting a gorgeous ring that was completely opposite what I originally thought I wanted. 5 /5 RAQUEL VENTURA: ShaneCo has been my jeweler for a long time. Today we walked in to look at a wedding set upgrade, and I had a list of approximately 10 rings I wanted to see. I live 2 hrs away so I had to make my visit count. Phoebe, who was amazing, found them all promptly, she listened to my opinion and answered all my questions. She helped us so patiently until we finally decided on the one. As always, their customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend them.
